Being a perfectionist is a funny thing. I am so excited about how a painting is turning out initially, then towards the end I start disliking this and that and this and that ad nauseum. I can count on one hand how many paintings I've been satisfied with over the years!

But irregardless, I finished my latest piece today entitled "The Bus Stop". A fairly large piece, it is 28" high x 22" wide and I'm in that rare moment when I'm fairly happy with how this painting turned out.

Lots to see in this one and I'm always open to constructive criticism! Cheers! Tracy

If you are in the London, Ontario area on Sunday, June 20th, pop down to the Covent Garden Market, downtown London, Ontario T.M. Root will be there alongside other area artists to show some of her new work. She will be there every Sunday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. during the summer months.
